Swedish MassageA traditional, whole body massage that combines long, gliding strokes and light, kneading movements for a feeling of total calm. As tension and stress are relieved, the body's energy and vitality are restored. 60 and 90 minutes.

Fusion MassageThe purpose of this massage is to target specific areas of concern using deep pressure, kneading and trigger point therapy to alleviate muscle soreness and tension. 60 and 90 minutes.

Deep Tissue MassageUsed to release chronic patterns of muscle tension, this massage uses slow strokes, direct pressure or friction usually on a focused problem area. This is applied with greater pressure and at deeper layers of the muscle than the Swedish Massage. 60 and 90 minutes.
